What Is The Mode Of Transmission Of Genital Herpes?

I had sex with a girl and it was unprotected at first and then i put a condom on. This was in the beginning of January. Yesterday she called me and told me she was positive for genital herpes. I haven't shown any symptoms. But I am extremely worried. She was not having an outbreak at the time, so what are my chances of having contracted the disease?

It is not always that herpes will come only through sexual contact. It can be due to by our own infected hand. And if course is so long you are unlikly cause of infection. So dont worry. Hope my suggestions helpful and thankful to you. Take care.
