What Is The Normal Blood Glucose Level?

I'm 20 years old, female and weighs 48kg. my fasting blood glucose levels for the last 3 days(Sunday, Monday, Wednesday) were 126mg/dl, 119mg/dl and 122mg/dl respectively. I'm wondering if I have diabetes already. My usual food intake only consists of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and cereals. I don't eat rice and I'm on fasting right now so I also don't eat meat.

The best method available is to go for a glucose trolerance test (3intervals) which will tell you clearly about the diabetic status. Also with this one test we would be able to diagnose prediabetes / likely chances of developing diabetes in the near future. As per international guidelines any value above 12gmg/dl is diabetic. But in your case seeing your values i presume you have taken readings using glucometer. Glucometers have +/- 15% difference in value. So glucometer readings are not reliable for diagnosis. GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test ) Is the most simple and best test available for reliable diagnosis.
Hope my answer helps you!
