Hello,

Usually, beta HCG reaches its peak at 10 weeks. Then it comes reduced by following weeks and not hours.

We should wait in your case before running into the final conclusion. It could be a possible miscarriage, however, cannot tell the last word.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
