Hello,
Good day.
At your age, we would like to keep your fasting glucose around 120-130 and post food sugar level around 150-180. I may add a plain glycomet 500 mg as an extra tablet at night in addition to the existing medicines. Try to eat a healthy diet and please do some exercise like walking for 30 minutes a day
Regards
binu
