What Is The Numbness In My Hand After Finding A Tiny Barb On It?

Hi I was weeding in my garden today and I when I grabbed a weed I feel a sharp pain in the palm of my left hand, as if I was stabbed by a thorn. I thought this was the case, but when I looked at my hand there was no puncture, only a very tiny barb. I pulled it out with the use of tweezers, but shortly there after I can no longer feel my left hand, but it is still fully functional. It is also tingling and extremely numb. Any idea what I grabbed or what I can do to regain the feeling my left hand?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the barb must having some bacteria on it and other infectious things could be toxic because after all it was garbage, and these could be the cause of your symptoms, I would advise you to get it examined clinically, prevention is better than cure, hope this information helps you take care and have nice day.
