What Is The Overdose Of Magnesium Oxide?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here. First is a nerve impingement in the neck the same thing as a pulled muscle? Second how much magnesium oxide is too much? I have been taking 550 mg of mag ox to releive muscle tension in the neck.
