What Is The Pain And Sensitivity In My Upper Rib Cage?

Hello - I have a slight pain to the top left of my rib-cage. When I touch it, it feels like a vein under the skin. It is painful when I touch it or lay on it when in bed. It feels as if it's stretching when I turn awkwardly. Any advise please? Thank you.
