What Is The Pain In My Sternum That Radiates To My Chest?

I have pain around my sternum that radiates a little to my right chest. It started when I sneezed. Every time I sneeze, it's so painful that I can't move for a few minutes. The pain subsides, but it doesn't go away completely. It hurts when I move my arms (mainly when I lift my right arm).
