What Is The Pain In The Mid Back After Lifting Weights?
This problem happened to my friend years ago after doing heavy yard work. On Sat. last week he lifted weights...something he normally does. For a couple of days now it's been hurting him in the middle of his back whenever he eats. Did he pull a muscle or what?
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that your friend got pain in middle of back , it hurt only when he eats. It does not not seems to be related to muscle or bone. As it is related to food, it is gastrointestinal pain likely radiating to back. It is likely to be due to acidity. Pantaprazole before meals is likely to help. He should not eat foods and fried food. He can be further investigated by doing ultrasound of abdomen. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
