What Is The Painless Ball-type Lump Under My Tongue ?

i have a small painless ball-type lump under my tongue, just where the muscle connects to the bottom of the mouth, any ideas? Just noticed it today.

You may be having a mucous retention cyst/ranula.Its nothing to worry about.Please see a oral surgeon.
