What Is The Painless Lump Below The Ear With Headache,pain In Neck And Shoulder?

i have a lump in the jaw bone joint in front of the left ear for past two years.there is no pain in the lump or the surrounding areas.but there is headache and pain in the neck and shoulder only on my left and also above the eyebrows.i have arthiritis too.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be a lipoma, or lymph node due to past infection in the surrounding area.
The symptoms head ache, pain in the neck, shoulder,and above the eye brows.
These may be due to the sinusitis, and cervical spondylosis.
The arthritis is an entirely separate issue.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylefrine , citrizine,diclofenac ,and paracetamol.
