General & Family Physician 's  Response
You will have to undergo 'Allergies test' to find out what substance is causing the allergy. After the results, Prevention of that allergen may reduce the Rhinitis.
You may start T. Fexofenadine in the morning and a T. Monteleucast daily once at bed time both for about 6 weeks.
You can add a nasal spray of Fluticasone one puff in each nostril, once in the morning for six weeks.
We will have to rule out deviated nasal septum along with thw treatment & correct it surgically if needed.
