Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum
You seem to suffering from a condition called seasonal allergic rhinitis. Unfortunately there is no cure for this problem. Whatever medications you take it can give you only symptomatic relief temporarily but there is no permanent cure. Only preventive measures can get rid of you from this problem. There are few things which I would like to suggest:
1. Avoid sleeping directly under the fan
2. Change the pillow covers everyday before you go to sleep
3. Whenever you are exposed to dust or smoke please cover your nose with a clean handkerchief.
Take care
