i have got external pile a lump no problem at all but still feels unconfortable what to get rid of absolutely

Hi,thanks for query.First of all you need proper examination by a surgeon and have proper diagnosis.In case it is a prolapsed piles and giving trouble,surgery is the answer.Please do not ignore this as it can give rise to problems.
