What Is The Precaution That Should Be Taken To Get Pregnant?

am 27 year old and want to conceive... am diagnosed with hypothyroidism and pco.. pco s are 2 -3 mm thickness, but my periods are regular, they follow a 30 day cycles... am on eltroxin for hypothyroidism... what are the precautions I need to take or what medications I need to take to conceive... we r just planning to conceive.. don't want to experience disappointment so need to know what can increase my chances?

Thanks for the query.
If you are having regular ovulatory cycles the possibility of getting pregnancy is almost equal to other women with normal thyroid function and ovarian function.
So, in your next cycle try to track the ovulation and plan intercourse around that period.

This will increase the possibility of pregnancy.
You may need additional support of hormones during implantation and in early pregnancy because of possible hormonal imbalance in PCOD.
If you are not getting ovulation regularly, you may have to take ovulation induction drugs with your doctor's advice.
Thyroid hormonal levels should be maintained in normal levels to get the pregnancy and for continuation.
