What Is The Pressure In Chest Followed By Palpitations?

i have gone through an x ray by an arthopedic who has told me that there is nothing much to worry......cervical is not too bad.i am on medication currently however i will be called for a phisiotherapy as well.what worries me is when i feel pressure on the upper chest.since i get tensed,i start to get palpitations.is it normal????
