hi
read your query

i am sorry but i cant give you the diagnoses immediately

multiple joint pains specially in the lower limbs
well i am assuming there is no pain in the upper limbs and hands

i think you may also be having some joint stiffness
especially for almost an hour in he morning.
do you have any joint swelling?
do you have any backache?
and what is you age weight and height?

there are many possibilities
most prominent of which seems to be osteoarthritis
the other causes could be rheumatoid arthritis, gout
just to mention a few
the list is huge

i would suggest you get an x ray of the
affected joints, uric acid and rheumatoid factor.
let us know the reports

as for esr
esr is a nonspecific test
it signifies that there is some chronic disease in the body
some say its good marker of rheumatoid arthritis
but i have seen it raised even in osteoarthritis, gout
and its known to be raised in many other conditions
so we cannot use it to point to a particular condition

let us know the reports
then we can move from there

best of luck
