ULTRASOUND REPORT Age 34, Fluid nnoted in the cul de sac; No fluid seen in the endometrial cavity; A non grarida uterus measuring 8.7cm by 3.9cm; No adnexa mass noted; Both ovaries appears normal. What could be the problem and what medication should i take?
FIRST OF ALL WHY YOU UNDERWENT A ULTRASOUND. AGAIN SUCH A FINDING OF ULTRASOUND I MUST APPRITIATE YOUR MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE. GOING THROUGH USG FLUID IN CUL DE SAC COULD BE NORMAL DURING MENSTURATION OR ASSOCITED PATHOLOGY MIGHT BE THERE. NEED MORE CLINICAL INFO.
