What Is The Procedure Of Tuberculosis Test?

hi everyone, i would like to verify some issue. i had my x-ray last week, they have found out that, that i have TB in my upper left lung, I was not convinced on it, I did my 2nd xray, it says that " no chest finding". so sputum test was suggested.yet i don't have sputum. So, is the the next step is skin test?pls help. I am 23 5'4 in height.

Hello
Following measures may help for diagnostic test for tuberculosis ( PTB).
1 Sputum examination for A F B . In your case sputum is not producing , so sample can be collected with the help of NASAL tube .
2 Bronchoscopy
-Consider in high risks patient who are unable to produce sputum simultaneously or by induction.
3 Repeat X ray for third time .
4 Sputum culture and sensitivity test.
5 Polymerase Chain reaction test
6 Protein Purified Derivative (PPD)Tuberculin Skin Test . Most accurate .
So get in as mentioned .
