What Is The Procedure To Take Susten 300mg Tablet During Ovulation?

i ma 29 years old. my gyno suggested me to take susten 300 mg twice a day for 10 days. i was undergoing through ovulation study and my 2 days before my ultrasound doctor told me that i have ovulated so my gyno told me to do intercourse for 2 days and then start taking susten tablet. my problem is that due to some personal reason we have just made love once in 2 days.....so should i start taking tablet or not?
