What Is The Productive Cough And Congestion During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 35 weeks pregnant and I am coughing up green phlegm in the mornings. I am also sneezing and has some congestion. Does this mean that I have a sinus infection? Do I need to call my doctor to get an antibiotic or will it go away on it's own?

Thanks
