Hello there I have read through your question and understand your concern. Osteomyelitis is a treatable condition and can be completely cured with the help of proper antibiotics. It is very important to treat it aggressively to prevent any permanent deformity of the affected bone. You should consult an orthopaedician who can guide you better regarding the further course of action. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
