HI, I have been diagnosed as HIV+ a year and a half ago with a Hep B co-infection. My initial CD4 count at time of diagnosis was around 470. I was put on ARV meds December last year ( after my DC4 dropped to 350) and was showing improvement until August this year ( about 9 month into my ARV treatment). May 2015: CD4- 578 with 28%; undetectable viral load August 2015: CD4 - 528 with 35 %; no info on VL November 2015: CD4 - 445 with 27%; no info on VL My Hep B is inactive and is looking good so far on lab results - below 10000 copies last checked in May. I also have Syphilis infection lasting before my HIV infection, and the numbers keep in the low 30 s which is not good according to my doctor. Please help me with advising me what this means for my health and my prognosis - I am really scared that I might be spiralling out of control down to AIDS. I have been taking my ARV regularly, but has been under a lot of stress at professionally and personally, been depressed and have high anxiety that I tried to cope with excessive amount of marihuana and hash.
