Your son seems to suffer from-Vegetative persistent state,as its almost 4 weeks after cardiac revival with brain stem functioning in your case. As the MRI and EEG reports are not shared, predictivity with certainty is not possible and is doubtful. Still, One can t say,as people with Vegetative state for 3 mths are more also have recovered,as the internal real trauma, could not be assessed with suerity in any case on MRI and EEG studies. Remedy- Second Opinion with Neuro-Surgeon and Neurologist- would be right step in asking predictive recovery in your case.
