Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic.

In 100% coronary artery blockage and completely damaged heart muscle,LVEF should be measured and the prognosis will also depend upon it which is a measure of how well your heart is pumping blood.

The general assessment mentions mild to moderate decrease in pumping ability of your mother's heart.

If EKG shows an abnormal rhythm and changes consistent with a heart attack then it is a sign of poor prognosis.

The heart muscle completely destroyed during the heart attack is permanently damaged and won't come back.It is usually not a good sign for your mother.

So,she will need to undergo 2D-echo tests and other cardiac markers to assess the functionality of heart.

Life span may depend upon the investigations reports and overall health of the individual which may be some days up to few months,

You should be following up regularly with your cardiologist to monitor her status.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
