What Is The Prognosis For Calcified Mass On The Left Lobe Of Liver?

I have a calcification measuring 4 cm calcified mass of the left lobe of the liver that was discovered about 1998, since this occurrence my labs have shown thru the years to be off and on of high levels of ALT (SGPT) last reading was 34. and increased levels of Creatine Kinase, Total, Serum last reading was 186. I was told when the calcification was found it could have been caused by a injury or use of Tylenols and to not worry about it that this was not a problem. No further testing of the liver has been done thru the years when the calcification shows up on prior x-rays it is assumed everything is ok because of the prior x-rays. My uric acid reading was 6.8 and I have Intersistal Cystitis and a thyroid deficiency. What is your medical opinion regarding the calification?
