What Is The Prognosis For Compressed Cells In The Lumbar Region?

Kelsey falls down a flight of stairs and suffers spinal cord damage due to hyperestension of the cord during the fall. The injury results in edema of the central cord with resulting compression of the anterior horn cells of the lumbar region. What symptoms would you expect to observe as a result of this injury?

* As per my clinical experience, the current presentation suggests there will be different functions affected as per the segment involvement of the same.

* Kindly provide the segmental level with MRI plates so that better prediction can be tailored out as to which motor and sensory functions will be altered.
