Hello,

You have elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels. You are advised to reduce weight. Rozucor-F is a medication to lower lipid levels in the blood known as cholesterol and triglycerides. Medicines work with lifestyle changes. You are advised to include a healthy low-fat diet, take home made boiled food or food cooked in olive oil.

Avoid taking fast food, fried food, processed food, full fat dairy products, red meat, trans fat, etc. You can take lean meat & well-cooked cereals at home. Get connected with a Physical therapist and do regular exercise and walking twice daily. Do not take food that are high in fat. Since you are experiencing chest pain on the left side and pain on the left hand you are advised to get clinically examined by a Cardiologist.

Get echocardiography, stress test, EKG, repeat lipid function tests, X-ray, blood tests, blood glucose (R, PP), Urinalysis, etc., done to detect any developing (CAD), coronary artery disease, etc. Taking medications with healthy lifestyle changes will help you get cured. Stay away from stress (both physical & emotional).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
