What Is The Prognosis For Pain And Popping Sound In The Knee?

Hi, I m Priyanka 28years old. I m having pop sound in my left knee since 3years. I didnt have pain before now adays it is accompanied by pain when I stand for long time and when I sit down and get up. If I use knee band it will be ok..can you advice me something regarding this.

Popping sound from the knee and knee pain are commonly seen with ligamental injury or meniscus injury.
So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination and MRI of knee joint to find out the cause for this.
