General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
The problems you are facing like pain in the chest and abdomen is quite common with twin pregnancy. Since you are nearing term and the presentation is also breech, you can wait for two more weeks and get a scan done. If both the baby's growth is optimum, you can plan for elective Cesarean section. There are many factors which indicates that you need to go in for Cesarean section.
Until then, take adequate precautions and symptomatic treatment for the problems you are facing. Continue to keep yourself well hydrated.
All the best.
