What Is The Prognosis For Pain In Chest And Lower Abdomen During Pregnancy?
I am 34 weeks pregnant with twins Have GDM sugar b/w 4-8.5 Expecting twins I am very petite & short Swelling on both feet Terrible pain in chest unable to sleep & lie down just in a sitting all the time Back is soar very much Still doing vomits on top of it Pain in lower region Babies r very active bz in kicking all the time They r in breech positions.
Hi, Thanks for writing to HCM. The problems you are facing like pain in the chest and abdomen is quite common with twin pregnancy. Since you are nearing term and the presentation is also breech, you can wait for two more weeks and get a scan done. If both the baby's growth is optimum, you can plan for elective Cesarean section. There are many factors which indicates that you need to go in for Cesarean section. Until then, take adequate precautions and symptomatic treatment for the problems you are facing. Continue to keep yourself well hydrated. All the best.
