Hello and welcome to HCM,
On the basis of your perm analysis report, following interpretation can be drawn:
The volume of semen (5.7) is within range.
The viscosity of semen is increased.
Increased viscosity of semen is elevated in case of infections.
The liquefaction time is also elevated.
Liquefaction time should be between 30-60 minutes.
Elevated liquefaction time can be seen in infections.
The
sperm count is within normal range.
The motility of sperms is also within range.
A microscopic examination of the semen sample is required to look for evidence of infection.
In case infection is present (presence of pus cells and bacteria) is an indirect evidence of presence of infection) then first treatment of infection has to be done followed by a repeat
semen analysis.
Thanks and take care
