What Is The Prognosis For This Treadmill Test?

hi..im a 60 yr old..train 5-6 times/week..weights and treadmill..im 5 11 ..185 lbs..very fit..cbc..chem/choles all great.very health conscious..had a stress test 2013 all good,then an echo summer 2014....aortic root/proximal ascending aorta WNL..LVE at 70%..tricuspid valve normal,as well as valves...only thing pulm pressure at 45 mmhg..last chest ct scan in 7/07..said thoracic aorta at 38x39,rest of aorta WNL...recent abd aorta ultra-sound below 3cm..ct scan of aorta on 3/13/15..no contrast...all normal except now..ascending aorta 39x40..what are your thoughts on activity and concerns of accuracy on measurements..geo
