What Is The Prognosis Of Cardiac Sarcoidosis?

I was diagntaiosed a year and a half ago with Systolic Heart Failure. They use words like Cardiomyopathy and Congestive Heart Failure. The also found sarcoidosis and Cardiac Sarcoidosis. I know that is not a good thing. I have it on my skin as well and on my face. I already know it is not good! I have a cousin with Sarcoidosis. You know how it is these days. The heart doctors sort of avoid certain questions. They did tell me it was bad after I bugged them. Can you tell me more about the prognosis of Cardiac Sarcoidosis? I have already dealt with the fact I may not be around long. I am 52 and I have had it for a few years, at least

Unfortunately cardiac sarcoidosis generally have bad prognosis. However symptomatic management is possible with drugs and life style modifications. Follow your cardio’ advise.
