General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The work up seems to reflect spread of tumor to other organs, and is called metastatic cancer in medical terms. The prognosis declines in such cases as it's difficult to contain to malignant cells from further or distant spread due to multiple sites. Radiotherapy and surgery are local solutions which decrease the yield too. However, CT pelvis and abdomen and colonoscopy may be needed to look for the extent. Prognosis can be discussed with the treating oncologist or surgeon as well with films of latest CT or MRI.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing her a speedy recovery.
