I want to know the Proper DIet of the day. I am trying to follow below die...is it good or need to change? 6.30 one apple before gym 8.30 200gm Milk+Conflex 11.00 Fruits 1.30 Lunch 2 chapati 4.00 Fruits 7 Juice 9 Dinner 2 chapati I have one more query....If i will eat Good amount of fruits empty stomach in the morning then when should i take the milk+conflex
Hello, thanx for using hcm, sir/madam you didnot mentioned about your height and weight.start your day with one fruit and milk 250 ml.For breakfast you can use oats with milk, bread with low fat cheese, bread with egg.At 11 you can have fruits or dairy products.For lunch chapathi with some proteins like chicken/fish/dal/beans and vegetables.Evening you can have vegetable juice/soup with one sandwich.Night chapathis with some proteins and vegetables.physical activity like brisk walkingfor 30 minutes will be ideal daily.Always have carbohydrate and protein both in the morning.
