Age of the puberty ranges from 12 to 18 yrs in boys... during this age there will be increased surge of growth hormones, increased secretion of the testosterones, steroid hormones, which will help you to growth of physical body and also there will be increase in size of testis and penis... normally growth of height sis attained by 21yrs, since at this age the epiphysis of long bones fuses with diaphysis... you can consult a physician..
