What Is The Purpose Of L Arginine And Proanthocyanidin Granules During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor im in my 27 weeks pregnancy and im advised to take L-Arginine & proanthocyandin granules ARG 9 twice a day.I was havin twins until 5th month of pregnancy but when i went for a check up due to some pain in stomach my doctor did the scan and was able to see only one baby and I was told that other has vanished never heard this before.can you help me know 1st the use of the granules given to me and secondly the vanishing reason,

I really appreciate your concern, once it was detected twin fetus then it has to be twin all along the way and if second time it is just one fetus then it was mistake done in first scan or it is being mistake in second time, else this is next impossible the vanishing of baby from womb hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
