Hi Bhanu, Both the medicines are used for infertility problems. Glucomet is usually given in PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), a condition responsible for infertility. In this case Glucomet reverses the endocrine abnormalities and help to become fertile again. Siphene is usually given to those women whose only infertility problem is anovulation, this medicine helps to induce ovulation. Both the medicines are given as a part of infertility treatment and in majority of the case it is fruitful too.
Hope i have fulfilled your queiry.
Regards.
