hi doc - I have consulted gyn. for my conceiving problem as nw for 2 years of marriage I cant able to concieve, she have recommended me cap microdox LBX 100 mg
can u pls tell me what is purpose of this tablet as I dnt have any acne or pimples though

Hi. Welcome to HCM. Microdox lbx is an broad spectrum antibiotic. It contains Doxycycline with lactobacillus. It is prescribed for certain types of bacterial infections such as pneumonia and other respiratory tract infections, Lyme’s disease, infections of skin, genital (like gonorrhea, chlamydia) and urinary systems and anthrax. Mostly your doctor has prescribed u for some genital infection which u dont know. These genital infections some time may cause problem in conceiving. Trust your doctor and wait for some time, if u don't get any good results then its better to consult a good infertility specialist. All d best. Regards.
