What Is The Reason For A 10 Month Baby Having Pus Cells In Stool?

My 10 months baby has pus cells in stool. Counts are 8 to 10. N after he passes stool ...skin gets red near stool area. And within 1 or 2 days it gets worse. He passes watery yellow stool 2 to 3 times in a day...otherwise he is active. .demands food...no crying..now I started avoiding milk product..wheat n all fruits.
I wanted to know the reason of this condition. N how n when my son can come out of it. Will this problem affect his body weight???? He is already thin.

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Loose stool in children is self limiting. Supportive care avoiding dehydration by giving oral rehydration solution is required. It's usually due to Rota virus infection. Apply Siloderm ointment to Perianal region
I hope it helped

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
