What Is The Reason For A 9 Year Old Having Feeling Of Overheating In The Evening And Nausea?

9 year old son is complaining of being very overheated this evening (has no fever). Didn't engage in physical activity (we were watching a movie). He often feels overheated in the evening, sometimes accompanied by nausea. Ni nausea right now but is slightly shivering as if he was chilled. Is this unusual for a child?

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

it must be more likely to be due to heat exhaustion.
Would suggest to give him plenty of oral fluids and cotton clothes.
Also fresh fruit juice like citrus with a pinch of salt will get him back to normal

I hope it helped

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
