hi....I have a strange popping sensation in the upper abd/diaphragm area. It does not hurt but feels strange and happens when I move a certain way like bending to shovel or rake...and sometimes for no known reason...after I eat I may feel it. It tends to feel better when I press down on the area with my hands...
