Noted the history and understood the concerns.
The commonest reason for bleeding per-rectum and white or yellow discharge may be as follows:
Procto-
colitis being the commonest.
May be associated with piles or
fissure in ano.
Cancer can be another cause which should be ruled out.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist.
Colonoscopy, ano-proctoscopy. Biopsy if required.
Tests of blood for CBC, tumor markers and routine for liver, kidney and other functions as per the clinical evaluation and examination.
CT scan of abdomen if there is cancer or so.
Tests of stool for three consecutive days and tests of urine.
All this will lead to a proper diagnosis and management.
If there is any evidence of infection an antibiotic,
metronidazole and probiotics will help you.
If something else is found out then surely the specific treatment will be done.
