What Is The Reason For Continuous Fever Along With Headache?

I have had a low fever almost continuously for about 10-12 days with no other apparent symptoms. I do get a slight headache when the fever comes, but that s it. My doctor did some blood and urine tests and all came back good. Any thoughts? Are there side effects of the fever that I should worry about?
