What Is The Reason For Darkness In One Side Of The Vagina, Pain In The Left Side Of Abdomen?

Hi I;m a F 47 years old, 215 lb. I don t have sex in 2 yrs, my last vaginal examen was last summer. I been having pain in the left side of my abdomen, for more than a year now, but nothing since to be the problem. I had a viginal ultrashound and regular one, everything was normal, . but In the last 3 days, I had noticed some disonfor in my vigina, today I checked in the mirror, and one side (left) is bigger than the other and the color is Black (is the interlabial), the other side is normal and the color in light pink, like alway, I have the pain in the same side, and is like a burning sensation. What it could be very alet about this

I would recommend a urine and vaginal swab examination to check on a possibility of infections. These investigations will also help in ruling out any other growth related abnormalities.
