Hello, I m having chronic gastritis since 13 years and GERD, 4 years back I got oesophagitis that turned to grade 2 four months back. I have been under a lot of anti-inflammatory medications for my back since 4 years and a lot of antibiotics due to dental-sinusial issues the last one was strong doses for 5 weeks. My tongue is white since a couple of years. The last endoscopy done two weeks back shown erythma all accross the stomach and buld duodonitis and no h.pilori that was found (again) back 4 months ago and treated. The worrying part is that i have started having swallowing problem and severe hearth-like chest pain and . I have lost 15kg weight over the last 2months (after the dental/sinus infection trauma) and start having with my knees (torn minisci without specific reason).

Hi,
Thank you for your query.
Chest pain and swallowing problems points to problem with esophagus and stomach.
The worrying symptom is loss of 15 Kgs over the last 2 months.
I suggest you to consult the physician for further evaluation to look for the causes of weight loss.
Proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole will help to decrease the chest pain due to acidity.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
