What Is The Reason For Dizziness, Ringing Ears, Vision Problems After Childbirth?

When i lay on my stomach & try to look up (like to read a book) i get so dizzy & hear my heartbeat in my ears & vision messes up... I cant even stay like that because i think id pass out if i did.. This has seemed to start since ive had my daughter 8 months ago because i didnt have this problem before...
