Hi
I read carefully your concerns and and I would like to say that you need further evaluation.
the main possibility is bowel candida after antibiotic.
If your diarrhea is chronic ( more than 3 weeks) you should run a colonoscopy, blood work and fecal analysis.
As a treatment for the moment I would recommend :
use plenty of water
hydramine
take rest
Wishing you fast recovery
