Good Day
You have any other symptoms like decreased sleep, headache, joint pain etc. Please tell us this. Do you have loss of weight and/or appetite. Any swellings in the neck or other parts of the body. Do you pass urine normally. Any burning sensation. You could be having a renal stone which won't show up well in ultrasound. It may need an X-ray KUB. Kindly reply to the above queries and we will try our best to help you.

Ayurvedic treatment- as per your info according to me your digestion has become sluggish and intake of water is low,so see that your water intake should be between meals which will help for ruling out constipation,besides that Ayurvedic drugs- ampachak Vati- 4 tab for chewing,sookhsarak choorna 1 tsp with warm water at night
Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The most common reason to have hard stools is lack of fibers and less water consumption.So to get softer stools you should drink more water and have food that is rich in fibers like green leafy vegetables;cucumber;and fruits like watermelon;papaya;mangoes;etc.The dark stools can be due to certain amount of occult /clotted blood but since you say you have tested and there is no occult blood then the dark color may be due to dehydrated and dry stools.
Thanks
