What Is The Reason For Having Bulky Feeling In Uterus And Missing Periods?

Hello. I was sterilised in June this ur after my 4th child was born by cs. My periods resumed shortly after. My October period (7days) ended 6.10.13 and 3 days later started again and lasted for 2 weeks and 4 days. Didn't have a period in November at all and nothing as yet this month. My problem is my womb feels very bulky. It's protruding and is sometimes sore. I have done a hcg test and it was negative. Any advice. Worried i have cancer.

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The delay in the [periods and the bulky feeling of the uterus is normal during breast feeding due to hormonal changes in the body. This will take at least 3-5 months to get back to normal.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
